职业安全卫生政策
为提供员工「安全、健康、舒适」之工作环境,爱普以职业安全卫生法为基础,已制定《安全卫生工作守则》,并经公司劳资会议及主管机关同意生效。截至目前为止,爱普谨遵法令无职业灾害之事件发生,并承诺坚守「恪守法令、持续改善、降低职安事故,全员认知、教育训练、提升风险意识,尊重生命、关怀员工、创造友善职场」原则。


员工工作场域监控减灾措施
依据工作型态,爱普所有员工皆所处办公室作业环境。为降低火灾发生之可能,依消防法规定,每年于5月前完成消防安全检查,并以0缺失申报消防局,若不幸发生灾害,办公大楼拥有完善之警报系统、监视系统及避难设施,能于第一时间监测到火灾并进行安全疏散,且为使员工熟悉灾害发生之紧急应变,爱普每半年度自办消防安全教育训练及紧急逃生演练,并成立自卫消防编组,明订各级人员于突发状况发生时应扮演角色及任务内容。


劳工作业环境监测
为保障劳动者免于在作业场所中受到有害物质的危害,提供劳动者健康舒适的工作环境,自2024年起计划每年执行2次作业环境监测,逐步了解工作环境实况并评估员工暴露状况。2025年已分别于2月和10月完成办公室二氧化碳、照度监测,监测结果均符合相关法规标准。自2023年度起引进专业劳工健康顾问服务,由专业医师评估作业场所的危害特性,并通过人因性危害预防计划相关问卷量化员工职业病风险分级,针对疑似有危害的员工已进行健康教育面谈。


公司近三年职安教育训练与宣导
为使全体员工熟知灾害发生时的应变措施,员工入职时必须完成新员工安全卫生教育培训,并取得满分通过测试。课程内容包括职业安全卫生概念及安全卫生工作守则、紧急事故应变处理、消防及急救常识及演练等相关安全卫生知识。每年进行2次全员紧急逃生演练,并由各单位代表参加消防安全教育培训,定期宣导工作安全意识。2025年已分别于6月和12月完成逃生演练及教育培训。
