Occupational Safety and Health Policy
To provide our employees with a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment, AP Memory has established a comprehensive "Safety and Health Work Guidelines" based on the Occupational Safety and Health Act, which has been approved by the company's labor-management meeting and relevant government authorities. To date, AP Memory has strictly adhered to all legal requirements and has had no occupational accidents. We are committed to upholding the principles of "adherence to laws and regulations, continuous improvement, reduction of occupational accidents, universal awareness, education and training, enhancement of risk awareness, respect for life, care for employees, and creation of a friendly workplace."
Employee Workplace Disaster Mitigation Measures
AP Memory is committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees. As such, all our employees work in office settings. To ensure fire safety, we conduct annual fire safety inspections and report zero deficiencies to the fire department. Our office building is equipped with a comprehensive fire safety system, including alarm, surveillance, and evacuation systems. To enhance employee preparedness, we conduct regular fire safety training and emergency evacuation drills every six months. Additionally, we have established a self-rescue firefighting team to respond effectively to any fire emergencies.
Workplace Environmental Monitoring
To protect employees from harmful substances in the workplace and provide a healthy and comfortable working environment, AP Memory conduct workplace environmental monitoring twice a year starting from 2024. This will enable us to understand the actual working conditions and assess employee exposure levels. In 2025, monitoring of office carbon dioxide levels and illumination was completed in February and October, and the results complied with relevant regulatory standards. Since 2023, we have engaged a professional occupational health consulting firm to have medical professionals assess the hazardous characteristics of our workplace. Additionally, we have introduced a human factors hazard prevention plan and conducted related surveys to quantify the risk levels of occupational diseases among employees. For employees suspected of being exposed to hazards, health education interviews have already been conducted.
Occupational Safety and Health Training and Education Over the Past Three Years
To ensure all employees are familiar with emergency response procedures, every new employee is required to complete safety and health training upon onboarding and achieve a perfect score on the test. The training covers occupational safety and health concepts, safety and health guidelines, emergency response procedures, firefighting and first aid knowledge, and drills. In addition, we conduct company-wide emergency evacuation drills twice a year and send representatives from each department to attend fire safety training to enhance safety awareness. In 2025, evacuation drills and training sessions were completed in June and December.
