- Committed to energy conservation, promoting eco-friendly materials, and optimizing resource recycling for efficient reuse.
- Reduce the environmental impact of product-related activities to support the company’s sustainability goals.

- Follow the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) conflict-free minerals policy.
- Ensuring no procurement of materials from conflict regions.
Conflict-Free Minerals Policy
APM adheres to the due diligence procedures established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), requiring suppliers to sign a ‘Conflict-Free Minerals Policy Statement’. Suppliers must ensure that raw materials do not originate from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, surrounding countries, or other high-risk areas.
To mitigate conflict mineral risks, APM guarantees that 100% of materials used in products come from suppliers who comply with Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) standards. APM employs the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) to evaluate sources of Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum, Gold, and the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) for Cobalt and Mica. Due diligence is performed to verify that all mineral sources are aligned with smelters recognized by RMI.
Supplier Management
- Regularly investigate the sources of raw material minerals from suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Suppliers found in violation of requirements must immediately submit a removal plan or corrective action.
Raw Material Procurement
- Comply with customer requirements, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards, and international regulations.
- All raw material procurement for products must come 100% from responsible mineral smelters recognized for ethical sourcing.
