In 2025, we collaborated for the first time with a third-party professional organization to conduct the 2025 Employee Opinion Survey, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. This initiative not only demonstrates our commitment to employees but also ensures that their feedback and expectations guide us in continuously improving company policies and building a secure, enjoyable, and sustainable workplace.
The survey was conducted in October 2025 and covered employees in AP Memory Taiwan and Hangzhou. A total of 206 employees responded, achieving a participation rate of 87%. The results indicated that employees were most satisfied with diversity and inclusion, work environment, and relationships with supervisors and colleagues. Areas identified for improvement included talent supply, work collaboration, compensation incentives, and performance evaluation.
Based on the survey results, the company has begun planning related actions. For compensation incentives, we have partnered with an external consulting firm to conduct a compensation competitiveness study. Relevant data will be referenced and integrated with internal performance evaluation and compensation systems to gradually implement salary adjustments. For performance evaluation, process improvements will be aligned with the annual schedule to enhance management efficiency. Regarding talent supply and work collaboration, systematic management will be promoted through cross-department collaboration platforms such as supervisors and task forces to optimize processes and resource utilization.
